Refund policy

At All 4 Pawz Pet Supplies, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policies are designed to be transparent and straightforward.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Scenarios & Cost Allocation

To process a return, the scenario must fall into one of the following categories:

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Ordered: If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, we accept returns. However, please note:

    • You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

    • We prefer that the customer use a payable, tracked shipping carrier to ensure the item reaches us safely.

    • The initial standard shipping cost of £4.99 GBP is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Received: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged:
    We kindly ask customers to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, along with clear photographic evidence, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

    • We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

    • You will receive a full refund, including the initial £4.99 GBP shipping charge, or a free replacement.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return (specifically for "Change of Mind" scenarios), the item must meet strict condition standards:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and new condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • The item must be free from any scratches, damage, or modifications by the customer.

  • Ultimately, the item you want to return should be ready for reselling. If the item shows signs of use, pet hair, or wear, the return will be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Pet food, treats, and any perishable goods.

  • Health and grooming tools (e.g., brushes, clippers, dental care items) once the seal is broken.

  • Gift cards.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow the return process.

6. The Return Process & Address

To initiate a return, please email us at support@allforpawspetsupplies.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in 3 to 5 business days of receiving, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection. Once issued, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the funds.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment ( Credit, or Debit Card) in GBP.

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank to process and post the transaction to your account.
